A Self-Awareness Program

This personalized program is designed to help you understand your history, identify repeating patterns, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and empowerment.

Although the program consists of six sessions, it is not intended to be completed in six weeks. Each session builds upon the one before it, allowing you time to reflect, practice, and integrate what you are learning.

Every individual moves at a different pace. Some people choose to meet weekly. Others may allow two, three, or even four weeks between sessions.

What matters is not how quickly you move through the program, but how fully you absorb, practice, and apply what you are learning before moving forward.

During the program, we explore:

• Your life history and experiences
• Repeating emotional and behavioral patterns
• Current challenges
• Short- and long-term goals

Assignments between sessions are an important part of the process. Written materials, exercises, and suggested readings help reinforce the work done during each session and deepen your understanding.

As the program progresses, you begin to see your life from a broader, more empowering perspective — one that allows you to move forward with clarity and confidence rather than feeling defined by past experiences.

The goal is not long-term dependency on therapy, but developing the awareness, tools, and confidence to move forward independently.
